At long last the sequel to Taken up the Elevator 1 has been released. 

Taken Up the Elevator 1 does not need to be read first. It is a prequel that tells the story of how Brad and Meg came to leave Earth, which is covered in the prologue of The Swinger’s Guide. So really, the only reason to read Taken up the Elevator 1 is for the sex.
